How it started

A kitchen becomes a haven

Since embracing sourdough in 2022, my kitchen has become a bread haven. Through practice and patience, my loved ones have been blessed with fresh loaves. Now, I'm eager to share my passion with all of you, and see what doors God will open.

Around the same time I planted my first garden, and now it thrives with seasonal flowers and herbs. What grows outside my door often finds its way into what comes out of my oven — rosemary in the focaccia, fresh herbs bundled for your table, flowers just because.

What We Believe In

Simple, honest baking

Small Batch

Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand in small quantities, never rushed.

Just flour, water, salt, and a well-fed starter. No shortcuts, no additives.
