This class walks you through everything Jenna wishes someone had told her when she started in 2022: how to feed and maintain a starter, mix and fold your dough, shape a loaf, and bake it to a beautiful crackling crust.

  • Shaping and scoring your loaf
  • Baking tips for a home oven (no Dutch oven required)

Small Class Size

Kept intentionally small so everyone gets hands-on time and questions answered.

Take Home a Starter

Leave with your own active sourdough starter and full written instructions.

Leave With a Loaf

You'll shape and bake a loaf during class to take home the same day.

What to expect

Length: Approximately 2.5–3 hours

What's included: All ingredients, a jar starter to take home, a loaf you shape and bake, and a printed recipe guide.

Who it's for: Complete beginners are very welcome. No experience necessary.
